Meet Yana
The planner. The project mind. The one with the itinerary.
With a background rooted in luxury interior design, construction, and project management, Yana has always been drawn to the details behind the scenes. She understands how to take a vision, build a plan around it, and bring every moving piece together seamlessly.
Outside of work, she's always been the go-to party planner, the one creating the travel itinerary, hosting the gathering, and always looking for ways to make things more special .
KAY & OCCASION became the natural meeting point between those worlds: thoughtful design, intentional planning, and a genuine love of bringing people together.

Kaeli has an instinctive eye for beauty and a passion for florals, event design, and the details that make an occasion feel personal.
